Will I know when the package is on its way to me?

Yes! All of our Sleepout-related pre-orders will come with a tracking code, so you will be notified when it's on its way to you.

Why can't you give me a date the package might come to my door?

There are a lot of things at play that would affect this such as who your carrier is (e.g., Fedex, UPS), where you live, whether the item was shipped earlier in the week or on Friday, etc. Once the carrier has picked up and scanned your package, they will provide you with a date of when you'll receive your Sleepout products. 

It is difficult to nail down what date you will receive your package, as this is an estimation provided by the carrier. As such, we only provide a date range for when we will begin labeling packages and give an estimated timeline of when we expect to fulfill all packages.

My tracking information hasn't updated in a few days. Should I be concerned?

Our orders come from Canada, so they're transferred to our shipping partners before being picked up by the carriers that will deliver your package. If it's been 10 business days or more since your last tracking update, send us an email and we'll look into things for you.

Will the carrier leave it at my door if I'm not home?

Yes. This is why it's important to keep track of the status of your delivery, so you're able to make accommodations in case it's left at your home.


My order was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it.


So sorry to hear this! We recommend asking neighbors or family members whether they've seen the package first, or if someone may have brought the package in for you. If your building has a mailroom or door person, ask them too. If nothing turns up, we'd recommend getting in touch with the carrier to confirm. If all else fails, send us an email—we'll see what we can do to help track it down!
