Installation Tips: Large Windows, Wide Windows, and Multiple PanelsUpdated 2 months ago
You can install Sleepout Portable horizontally—or combine multiple Sleepout Curtains—on larger windows!
Starting on the outside of your window, install Sleepout Portable like normal. When you get to the middle suction cup, cover half of the suction cup with the velcro on the curtain and fold back the end of the curtain so that the flocking (white back of the curtain) is showing. The second Sleepout Portable will share this middle suction cup.
Then, go to the other side of your window and install the second Sleepout Portable like normal. When you get to the middle suction cup, attach the curtain so that it is overlapping the folded back part of the first curtain. This will help block any middle light gap in the middle.

If your window is very wide, you may need some extra suction cups towards the middle of your Sleepout Curtain to help support the extra weight. We would recommend purchasing another pair of suction cups to install in the middle of the curtain for this! These extra suction cups can also come in handy when you travel and need to install the Sleepout Curtain on windows with unusual shapes or a windowpane in the middle.
